Bruynzeel Super Sixties pencils, an update

Here is a little update on the Bruynzeel Super Sixties pencils.
I wrote a review about them and I recently continued colouring with these nice pencils.

My nephew owns a set of Bruynzeel Super Sixties pencils so whenever we are colouring together I borrow his pencils to work on this drawing from Secret Garden by Johanna Basford.
So I did last weekend. I coloured some leafs and blue flowers.
For the leafs I started with a light yellow pencil. Again I used a very gentle touch. I then added a light green and a darker green to build colour.

I coloured the blue flowers with a very light touch of blue and used a medium and darker blue to add more colour and a little shading.
Normally, cheaper pencils tend to be inconsistent when it comes to how they give colour. But these Bruynzeel Super Sixties pencil do not have this problem. All pencils colour pretty smoothly.

Colouring these leafs and blue flowers took me more than an hour because there are at least 3 colours layered on top of each other.
The flowers and leafs aren't finished yet. I want to add more colour and shading.

This is the drawing so far.

To be continued!
